Operation through Channel Partner / Agents :

SearchRunners also has Channel Partners / Agents who represents the company in the authorised geographical areas of operation and the set of services authorised for them to sell, customers/users are required to validate the currently valid Channel Partner status of Channel partner agent by checking the Searchrunners Channel Partner page and also by checking the valid Channel Partner ID card of the partner/ agent. The payment should always be done through NEFT else SearchRunners is not responsible for any kind of misshappening. Further if you have done the payment through cash then proper reciept should be recieved within no time via electronic model of media / print reciept. In case of any suspicion, the user can report to SearchRunners infomedia Pvt Ltd at Support@searchrunners.com within two days of the instance when it has occurred.

Rights to get the benefits:

If the existing customer is bringing any business to the comapany then he is eligible to get a good percentage of referral business. In return, he will get the benefit in the form of SearchRunners coupons which can be used in future whereas if he wants the benefit in terms of cash then he has to become the Channel Partner / agent by submitting proper KYC documents. Also, this is important to note that he will be paid after deducting TDS as per the govt laws.

Usage of Promotional Prices /Benefits:

SearchRunners intermittently keeps running various promotions and many times provides the coupons at package level at discounted price which can be used at particular package / service. The user can avail the services on discount basis but this discount is valid if the user has used the required coupon during buying process either explicitly adding it or only if a valid active coupon was applied to his checkout page.Also, the User must ensure specifically that the applied coupon should be valid else it will not be entertained.

Users agree that if any issue or claim arises due to the reviews, feedback and comments provided by the User then SearchRunners will have the complete right to take legal action against the same individual. User shall protect and compensate to SearchRunners in case such a claim or issue arises due to the posting of comments or communication of the User.
